Our Home & Office Pest Prevention services are second to none. We pioneered many of the pest prevention techniques that are common in the industry today. What this means is that we stop pests on the outside of the house. We don't wait until they get inside. These pest prevention methods include treating the outside walls, around the foundation, under the eaves, and any openings that pests use to enter the house. We control the common household pests such as Ghost ants, Pharaoh ants, Carpenter ants, and Roaches. We also control Spiders and Wasps by sweeping webs and knocking down nests. We look for Fire Ant colonies in the lawn and apply bait to stop them. When it is necessary to treat inside we strictly minimize the amount of product applied. We place baits out of sight and spot treat elsewhere. Regular exterior treatments mean inside treatments have to be done only rarely.
We also know how to deal with many of the less common types of pests. These may include Yellow Jackets, Carpenter Bees, Millipedes, Indian Meal Moths, or Ticks, to name a few.
